  • Can I get a refund?
    Please note that we do not issue refunds. If ur item is defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours and we will send you a replacement. To initiate the replacement process, please send an email to stormluvrs01@gmail.com with the following information: - Your name and order number - A photo of the damaged item - A brief description of the defect or damage Once we receive your email and confirm the issue, we will ship you a new piece at no additional cost.
  • Do You Ship Internationally?
    Yes we do! We ship worldwide. Please keep in mind, sometimes customs taxes may apply in your country depending on where you are located.
  • How much is shipping to my country?
    To determine the shipping cost for your country, simply navigate to the Storm Bracelets website and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. When you proceed to checkout, a pop-up box will prompt you to select your country. Once you've selected your location, the website will automatically convert the currency and display the shipping cost for your order.
