RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

MADE A MISTAKE

We are unable to guarantee the processing of amendments or cancellations once your order has been received. If we do catch your order in time we will only be able to amend the delivery addresses or we can cancel your order and refund your payment.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request an amendment or cancellation.

SHIPPING

Your order be packaged and dispatched  within 1-3 days. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

All our order are shipped via Royal Mail tracked. After your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number on which you can use to track you order here Track and Trace - Track your Item | Royal Mail Group Ltd

Our delivery times

United Kingdom - 2-3 Business days

International Orders - 1-2 weeks

Please note that these delivery times are aims and are not guaranteed, delivery times can be effected by delays through customs. 

The Good(s) delivered to You will be delivered to the address which You specified on the Order.

You must ensure that You have filled in Your personal details on the Order Form correctly, you must give us a full and complete address including postcode and any personalisation information must be correct. It is not our responsibility if your goods are not received when a wrong or incomplete address is given. 

RETURNS

We will happily offer a refund or replace your order if something you have received isn’t quite right. Simply notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order via the email address below. Proof of purchase is required. You then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. This includes all orders placed during our sale for example if it is a set of 2 bracelets both bracelets must be returned. 

All jewellery must be returned to us in the original packaging in perfect unworn condition and be fit for resale for us to process a refund.

If your bracelet set arrives faulty, please photograph your bracelet set with the original packaging and email us with your proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to stormluvrs01@gmail.com we will be happy to help

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns it is up to you to cover the cost of the return.

Processing refunds – Valid refunds will be approved within 7 days of the receipt of goods. We will then refund 14 calendar days from receipt of goods, refunds will be returned back to the original account used to pay for the order. Please note refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear back in your account.

Please note we can only offer exchanges and refunds to the person who placed the order and made the initial payment for the product.

We don't issue refunds or replacements if the tracking show that an item is delivered.
